Job description:
- Assistance to the Head of HR for end-to-end HR function.
- Responsible for recruitment by issuing Job application, sourcing, screening resumes, conducting phone calls for shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Maintaining, controlling and updating empleyees' data and related documents.
- Responsible for employee attendances and overtime or any benefit calculations.
- Prepare and record all the employment appointment letters or contracts.
- Responsible for orientation and induction process of new employees.
- Responsible for administration of company legal documents.
